Doing something different, that is what drives Paulina Fain (flute) and Exequiel Mantega (piano) in the creation of this record. They make it clear in the “booklet” art, drawing the equation “streetlamp + toupee” equals “minus tango”.

The authenticity, they express in their music, is not in the symbols, in the “for export” tradition, but in how to approach the classics and cover them in a way that does not bore people. In a way they accomplish it and what they do is praiseworthy. The duet works, in addition, they have the contribution of Liliana Herrero´s voice.
